Classic Port Barging. I'm sad to see a Yellow Jersey acting in such a manner.

Cap Max Pirata suspended from Stage 8
Due to continued aggravation and lack of respect for his fellow skippers, Cap Max Pirata will not be invited back for Edition 2 of the tour.

STRIKE
Port Barging, unfair declining of wrong pens and a complete lack of respect for other skippers on the water. This is a another good example of why VSK5 is struggling to survive.
STRIKE
The YouTube video speaks for itself. Clear port barging. Nothing else needs to be said.
STRIKE
Kokos breaks RRS11, 18 and 14 leading into what looks like revengeful action, stopping Ryhoo multiple times forcing her into the mark, instead of getting clear to take her pen turn.

STRIKE
Frenito fails to respond by typing "You Tack" or tacking as soon as possible and for this reason, breaks RRS20.2. It is not to be argued that ed3v asked "too early" because it doesn't matter. If you are hailed for RTT, you MUST respond immediately with either of the 2 choices below. If you do nothing and just wait for the hailing boat to initiate a tack, you have broken RRS20.
STRIKE
Ed3v breaks overlap with DAM at the last minute. DAM does not have rights to enter inside and breaks RRS18. Furthermore, DAM continues to sail closed hauled after the mark impeding on ed3v's proper course as well as delivering a slanderous attack. This displays a lack of respect to fellow skippers on the water and is not tolerated in this event.

STRIKE
Piotr barges initially stopping Goffe. This leads to Zhik tack being interrupted and slows her down on the journey to completing it. The Queen makes no effort to avoid contact with Zhik, stopping Sampei as a result of the collision.
STRIKE
Djonny breaks RRS11 as she forces her way in front of Sampei. Instead of leaving the fleet to make her penalty turn she rounds the mark instead. After rounding the mark, Djonny continues to sail in the fleet and eventually interrupts Sampei's proper course by luffing to start her penalty turn. There are so many things wrong about this situation that even RRS69 would have been considered against Djonny. There is no respect here for other skippers as well as clear breaches of RRS11, RRS44.2 and RRS22.2. Have more respect!
STRIKE
Clear Top Mark Barging....Please Stop this......
STRIKE
This is a good example of bad sportsmanship. Hansen fails to keep clear under RRS11 and makes contact with Legsy. Legsy makes Hansen aware she has broken a rule and instead of spinning a 360, Hansen calls Legsy a "hunter ;)" and continues to sail as if nothing happened. This displays poor attitude and misconduct towards another skipper. Let us all learn a lesson from this and start having more respect.

Already, teams have threatened to leave the event because of a decision made on a complaint. Please, remember, RRS 2017-20 does not govern racing in this event. There is no race committee and for that reason we are relying on the Nadeo Umpire and the game code written in 2006 to guide us in this modified NPC experience. This information and only this information can and will be used for complaints in the future. I will not continue to reach out to teams who rage and threaten to leave the event. This is Edition 1 and we are building a solid foundation for a quality event, however, Rome wasn't built in a day. The situations and complaints are saved and will be referred to in similar cases in the future. Also, amendments will be made in the SI if needed to maintain clarity in the event and in complaint decisions. Thank you for your understanding.
DISMISSED
The Complaint "Hunting" is not valid in this instance because Albervita does not inflict an incorrect penalty onto another boat. However, for future consideration, this type of move will be considered under the RRS 69 Complaint as it is in breach of good manners, sportsmanship and exhibits unethical behavior.
STRIKE
This is one of the best examples of start line barging and is completely unacceptable.
STRIKE
Frenito does not call RTT and tacks to STB. Spirillen is not required to keep clear under RRS 10 until Frenito reaches closed hauled. Frenito breaks RRS 16.1 and RRS 15 with her mast initially and then breaks RRS 18.2a at the mark (according to Nadeo Umpire). Both boats finished their tacks inside of the Nadeo 2 boat length radial zone, making Spirillen the ROW boat on the inside. Frenito makes no attempt to clear her mast at the mark and physically pushes Spirillen under the bouy bringing her to a full stop. The misconduct here occurs at the time Frenito, while knowing she is breaking a rule, forces Spirillen into the mark stopping her completely.
In addition to the replay evidence, Frenito makes it clear in the chat that her intention was to give room to Spirillen on the inside with her tack. This indicates to The Playhouse that she was aware both boats were tacking inside of the Nadeo zone. The only reason Frenito did not take the RRS 18.2a, given by Nadeo, is because there is a 3 second rule in the game code to prevent 2 penalties being given to the same skipper in a short period of time. This explains no penalty given to Frenito on contact at the mark.

DISMISSED
Regardless of the timing on Spirillen's tack, it is unlikely that a boat is able to abuse Nadeo Umpire to force a 16.1 in this situation (too many variables). Spirillen was able to cancel the 16.1 (upon request) if he felt it was incorrect, however, was not forced to according to the SI. Please see the sailing instructions for examples on common "Hunting" tactics.
DISMISSED
This is not considered a "Team Race" maneuver. Sailing Instructions have been modified to add clarity on this rule. The complaint form was also filled out incorrectly as RRS 69 was not the appropriate choice in this case.
